Welcome to Reignhold (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using our website reignhold.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

Reignhold provides professional services including, but not limited to:

• Business plans
• Pitch decks
• Websites (design, development and launch)
• Market research
• Strategic and commercial advisory

All deliverables are prepared based on information provided by the client, publicly available data and professional analysis at the time of delivery.

We do not provide legal, financial, investment or regulatory advice, and nothing on this website or in our deliverables should be interpreted as such.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While our services are designed to support decision-making and communication with stakeholders (including investors), we do not guarantee:

• Investment success
• Funding outcomes
• Commercial performance
• Market adoption

Any business or investment decision made using our work remains the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Swiss and international laws.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Use the website in a misleading, fraudulent or unlawful manner

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials displayed on this website remain the property of Reignhold.

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them, such as their business plan, pitch deck, website design, website content and code, and may use, modify and publish them freely.

Reignhold keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, templates and generic code, and grants the client a free and permanent licence to use them as part of the delivered work.

Third-party elements, such as fonts, stock photos or software libraries, remain subject to their own licences.

Unless the client objects in writing, Reignhold may mention the project and show non-confidential parts of it in its portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information
• Ensure that all data supplied is lawful and not misleading
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Reignhold shall not be liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees, scope, deliverables and timeline are defined in a written proposal that the client accepts before the project starts. Prices are fixed for the agreed scope and stated in CHF.

Unless the proposal states otherwise:

• 50% of the price is invoiced when the proposal is accepted. The project starts once this deposit is received.
• The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before the final files are handed over or the website is put online.
• The deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
• If the client cancels after the first full version has been delivered, the full price is due. Work produced up to cancellation is handed over once the amount due is paid.
• Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

7. Revisions and Changes of Scope

Three rounds of revisions are included in every project. A round is one consolidated set of feedback sent in one go.

Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope. Additional deliverables, a change of direction after content has been approved, a full redesign of an approved version, translations and any rounds beyond the third are outside the scope. They are quoted in writing and only carried out after the client’s written approval.

For websites, defects in the delivered code reported within 30 days after launch are fixed free of charge.

8. Timelines and Client Delays

Timelines start once the proposal is accepted, the deposit is received and the information needed from the client is available.

The client is asked to send feedback within 5 business days of each version. Any delay on the client’s side moves the delivery date by at least the same amount. If a project waits for the client’s input for more than 30 days, Reignhold may close it and invoice the work completed so far.

9. Confidentiality

All non-public information shared by the client will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• With the client’s prior written consent
• When required by Swiss law or regulatory authorities

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law, Reignhold shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, revenue or investment
• Decisions made based on our analyses or recommendations

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Sources and Data

Market research and analysis may rely on third-party data sources believed to be reliable. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such external information.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or access to the website if these Terms are breached or if cooperation becomes unreasonable.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
