Working with us

Will this actually help me raise capital or convince investors?

That is the purpose of our work.

Every business plan and pitch deck is structured so investors quickly understand the opportunity, the numbers and the logic behind them. We focus on clarity, credibility and decision-making, not long documents that get skimmed or ignored.

How is your work different from templates or AI-generated content?

We do not use generic templates. Every project is built from your business model, your market and your growth strategy. The value lies in the analysis, the structure and the financial logic, not in filling slides with text.

Who are your services best suited for?

Founders, startups and SMEs preparing for:

  • fundraising or investor meetings
  • strategic partnerships
  • market entry or expansion
  • launching or relaunching their online presence
  • internal planning and decision-making
Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes. Many of our clients are at an early stage and need to turn an idea into a clear, credible business case. We help structure assumptions, size the market and present the financials in a way that makes sense to investors.

Why does my startup need a professional website?

Your pitch deck tells your story to the investors in the room. Your website tells it to everyone else, and it is the first thing most investors, partners and future hires check after hearing your name.

A website that looks improvised undermines the credibility your deck builds. Ours carry the same story as your deck, so every first impression says the same thing.

Will I be able to present this myself?

Yes. Everything is structured so you can walk investors through it confidently, even if it is your first presentation. The Investor Pack also includes a final presentation session.

What industries do you work in?

Luxury, automotive, technology, financial services, NGOs, hospitality, consumer goods and commodities, among others. For technical or regulated industries, we make complexity understandable without oversimplifying it.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

Reignhold has Swiss leadership and works with clients worldwide, in English or French. All collaboration happens remotely, by email and video call.

Process and timelines

How do we get started?
  1. Book a free 20-minute intro call.
  2. We send you a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline and fixed price.
  3. You accept it and pay the 50% deposit.
  4. You send us your material and we start.

Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, before you have accepted the proposal.

How long does a project take?
  • Pitch deck: 7 to 14 days
  • Business plan: 2 to 4 weeks
  • Website: 2 weeks
  • Packs: 2 to 4 weeks

The timeline starts once we have the accepted proposal, the deposit and the information we need from you. The exact dates are in your proposal.

What do you need from me?

Depending on the service: your existing business plan or notes, your key figures (revenue, costs, funding needs), your logo and brand assets, and for a website, access to your domain name. We send you a short list after the intro call. If you have little written down, a discovery session with us replaces the documents.

How involved do I need to be?

We do the heavy lifting. Count on the intro call, one discovery session and a review at each milestone. That is usually all.

What deliverables will I receive?
  • Pitch deck: editable PowerPoint file and PDF
  • Business plan: editable document and PDF, with the financial model and its assumptions
  • Website: a live, mobile-ready site on your own domain, with the code and content
What if I need more time to send feedback or information?

No problem, but the timeline moves by the same amount. Please send your feedback within 5 business days of each version. If a project waits for your input for more than 30 days, we close it and invoice the work completed so far. You can restart it later with a new timeline.

Can you work to a tight deadline?

Often, yes. Tell us your date during the intro call. When our schedule allows, a fast-track is possible and is stated in your proposal.

Revisions and changes

How many revisions are included?

Three rounds of revisions are included in every project.

A round is one consolidated set of feedback, sent in one go: one email, one annotated document or one call. Grouping your comments keeps the project fast and the result consistent.

What counts as a revision, and what does not?

Included: changes within the agreed scope, such as wording, slide order, visuals, figures you correct and design adjustments.

Not included: slides, pages or sections beyond the proposal, a new direction after the content has been approved (for example a new business model or target market), a full redesign of an approved version, and translations. These are quoted separately.

What if I need more than three rounds, or extra work?

We send you a written quote before doing anything. Nothing is billed without your written approval.

What if my idea or strategy changes during the project?

That is normal. Small adjustments are part of the revision rounds. If a change affects the agreed scope, we tell you right away and propose a written update of the scope, timeline and price before continuing.

Pricing and payment

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. The prices on this site are fixed for the scope described. Your proposal confirms the exact deliverables and the price in CHF before we start. No hourly billing and no surprises.

How does payment work?
  • 50% when you accept the proposal. This deposit starts the project.
  • 50% on delivery, before we hand over the final editable files or put your website live.

You receive an invoice in CHF for each payment.

What happens if I cancel?

You can stop the project at any time by email. The deposit is not refundable once work has started. If you cancel after we have delivered the first full version, the full price is due. Once the amount due is paid, you receive everything produced up to that point.

Are there other costs for a website?

Our price covers design, content, development and launch. Your domain name is registered in your name and its small yearly fee is paid by you directly. Hosting is free for most sites of this size. If you want paid tools (for example a newsletter or booking service), you subscribe directly and we set them up.

What happens after my website goes live?

We fix any bug in what we built, free of charge, for 30 days after launch. After that, content updates, new pages or new features are quoted separately.

Ownership, confidentiality and results

Who owns the work?

You do, once it is fully paid. Your deck, plan, website design, content and code are yours to use, modify and publish. We keep our own methods and tools. Unless you object, we may show non-confidential parts of the project in our portfolio. Details are in our Terms.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is treated as strictly confidential and used only for your project. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.

Can you guarantee that I will raise money?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Funding depends on your business, your traction, the market and the investors. What we commit to is the quality of our work: clear, structured, investor-ready materials, delivered as agreed.
